Terms and Conditions

By creating an account or using tapuz ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

tapuz reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Accounts may not be shared or transferred to another person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Access to certain features requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly depending on the plan selected at checkout.

All payments are processed by Stripe. tapuz does not store your payment card details.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard.

Plan limits (number of projects) are enforced based on your active subscription tier.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

tapuz owns all rights to the platform, editor, SDK, and infrastructure. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

You retain full ownership of your design token configurations and project data. tapuz stores this data solely to provide the Service.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

tapuz is not liable for any damages arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tapuz's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

tapuz is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

You may close your account at any time from the Settings page in your dashboard. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data.

tapuz may terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where tapuz operates.
